Rhythmic Gymnastic is a sport perfomed on music using five small hand apparatus (ribbon, rope, clubs, ball and hoop). This raises co-ordination, elegance and sense of rhythm.

This discipline was recognized by the FIG (International Federation) in 1961 and it´s going to evolve more and more in order to guarantee the development of every children.

In our gym we start gym-courses at the age of 4 years, with motorial base-courses that introduce to General Gymnastic.

Then there are base-courses, more similar to Rhythmic Gymnastic, where children have biweekly trainings and begin to approach to apparatus and to the basilar body-elements.

Growing and advancing courses, the knowledge gets deeper, studying the base-technique in more details.

For children who demonstrate good abilities and natural dowries it is possible to face pre-athletic courses, where trainings increase to study technique more deeply and to verify if it is possible to continue an athletic career.
